PCA Arbitration Rules 2012
Disputes submitted to arbitration under these Rules are administered by the PCA International Bureau. The PCA Secretary-General acts as appointing authority.

Energy Charter Treaty
Disputes under this treaty may be referred to arbitration. In arbitrations between states, the PCA's Secretary-General is tasked with appointing arbitrators.

UNCITRAL
The 1976 and 2010 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules entrust the PCA's Secretary-General with designating appointing authorities upon request to ensure the advancement of arbitral proceedings.
