Fellowships run for twelve months, subject to renewal. The term schedule is as follows:
Term 1 – September through August
Term 2 – January through December
Complete application packages (see “Application Procedure” below) can be submitted at any time up to four months prior to the beginning of the desired term. Application deadlines are thus as follows:
Term 1 – May 1
Term 2 – September 1
Candidates interested in applying for a twelve month period other than Term 1 or Term 2 are asked to make clear reference to this in their cover letter.
