Ms. Judith Freedberg retired as Managing Editor of ICCA Publications and General Counsel of the PCA with effect from July 1, 2007, after ten years with the PCA and a long and productive career in the field of international arbitration. Ms. Freedberg represented the PCA at UNCITRAL and advised the Secretary-General on administrative and policy matters in her capacity as PCA General Counsel. Her presence in the international arbitration arena will be greatly missed.

Ms. Silvia Borelli assumed the Managing Editorship of ICCA Publications upon Ms. Freedberg’s departure. On August 20, Ms. Tamela Smith joined ICCA in the capacity of Senior Editor.
