The PCA, with the Houston International Arbitration Club, Inc., and The University of Texas School of Law, is co-hosting a special program at the Peace Palace, The Hague, on May 14 and 15, 2009: “Weighing the Facts: Problems in Information Exchange and Presentation of Evidence in International Arbitration.” The program for the conference, which will be held in the Academy Hall of the Peace Palace, is now available.
