The Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration between the Netherlands and France concerning the auditing of accounts pursuant to the Additional Protocol of September 25, 1991 to the Convention of the Protection of the Rhine against Pollution by Chlorides rendered its Award, in the French language, on March 12, 2004. An unofficial English translation of the Award is now available.

The Award in the Iron Rhine (“Ijzeren Rijn”) Arbitration between Belgium and the Netherlands, which concerned the reactivation of the Iron Rhine railway linking the port of Antwerp, Belgium, to the Rhine Basin in Germany across certain parts of Dutch territory, was rendered in English in May 2005. An unofficial French translation of the Award is now available.
