In this year of the centenary of the Second Hague Peace Conference in 1907, the PCA presents to the francophone community a French-language version of Professor Shabtai Rosenne’s classic 2001 English-language volume The Hague Peace Conferences of 1899 and 1907 and International Arbitration, that was published to commemorate the First Hague Peace Conference in 1899. This important book, published jointly by TMC Asser Press and Bruylant, facilitates access to the drafting history of the 1899 and 1907 Hague Conventions in their original language, which will be of significant value and interest to practitioners and scholars of international law.
