The Republic of Rwanda deposited its instrument of accession to the 1907 Hague Convention for the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands, the depositary of the Convention, on April 29, 2011. The Republic of Rwanda will thereby become a Member State of the PCA, effective June 28, 2011.

Rwanda will be the 112th Member State of the PCA and the 20th member of the African Union to join the PCA.

The PCA welcomes this expression of support for the work of the PCA and the peaceful settlement of international disputes.
