The PCA attended the meeting of Registrars organized by the Commonwealth Secretariat and hosted by the Supreme Court of Canada in Ottawa, from April 13-16, 2010. PCA Legal Counsel Judith Levine presented a paper on the PCA’s experience with financing, witnesses, and unrepresented parties, among other topics. The papers from the Meeting have been published in a special issue of the Commonwealth Law Bulletin.
