A conference, “Weighing the Facts: Information Exchange and Presentation of Evidence in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration,” will be held at the Peace Palace, The Hague, on May 14–15, 2009.

The PCA, with the Houston International Arbitration Club, Inc., and The University of Texas School of Law, is co-sponsoring the conference, dealing with evidence in international commercial and investment arbitration. This program follows the successful May 2007 symposium Multiple Parties, Multiple Problems at The Hague, and the April 2008 conference on Remedies in Commercial, Investment and Energy Arbitrations in Houston, Texas, both of which were co-sponsored by the PCA.
