During the fourth quarter of 2008, the PCA’s registry caseload totaled twenty-eight pending cases. Separate from its registry services, the PCA has also received to date thirty-three requests that the Secretary-General designate an appointing authority or act as appointing authority under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules during 2008.
