The PCA’s Secretary-General, Mr. Tjaco van den Hout, received a delegation of Judges of the Kingdom of Thailand on May 23, 2008. After an exchange of views, the Secretary-General presented H.E. Chaisit Trachoetham, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Thailand, with a framed photograph of the three representatives of the Kingdom of Siam at the 1899 Hague Peace Conference.
