The PCA, with the Houston International Arbitration Club, Inc., and The University of Texas School of Law, is co-sponsoring a special conference, Remedies in Commercial, Investment & Energy Arbitrations, on April 17–18, 2008, at the St. Regis Hotel, Houston, Texas. This follows the successful symposium Multiple Parties, Multiple Problems co-sponsored by the PCA and held at the Peace Palace in May 2007. The April 2008 program will bring together leading members of the international arbitration community from Europe, Latin America, the United States, and Canada in a conference focused on the law, economics, advocacy, and enforcement of remedies in commercial, investment, and energy arbitrations.
