The fourth volume in the PCA Award Series was recently published by TMC Asser Press. The Rhine Chlorides Arbitration Concerning the Auditing of Accounts (Netherlands-France) Award of 2004 is a bilingual edition and contains the official French version of the Award as well as an English translation. The volume includes a commentary by Professor Laurence Boisson de Chazournes on the contribution of the Award to international law.
